The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on February 9, 2010. The RTC seeks the services of qualified Payroll Service Providers with expertise in outsourced payroll processing and related payroll services to provide these service to the RTC.
