RFP: 2602 Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel Services

The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) seeks responses from qualified firms to provide bond counsel and disclosure counsel services to the RTC in connection with its debt issuances. The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) is anticipating the issuance of Sales Tax Revenue Bonds to finance transportation projects authorized under Measure D, the half-cent sales tax measure approved by voters in 2016. Measure D provides a dedicated source of revenue to support a wide range of transportation improvements throughout the county.

The RTC may select a firm for each of the two separate categories of legal services or may award to a single firm; thus, multiple firms may be selected by the RTC to provide services for various transaction types, as needed, through June 30, 2027. The RTC may also elect to extend the term of this engagement by two years
