Stay Informed
Agendas are posted at least 3 days prior to the meeting pursuant to the Brown Act regulations. Subscribe to e-news notifications to be informed when agendas have been posted to the website. Please note:
- There are no RTC meetings in July.
- Meetings may be cancelled by the Commission Chair when there are no action items to be considered.
Transportation
Many meeting venues have limited parking for vehicles. Participants are encouraged to carpool, ride a bike, or take the bus to meetings.
Transit trip planning assistance is available through Google Transit, or by calling Santa Cruz Metro Customer Assistance at 425-8600.
Personalized trip planning for all modes is offered through Cruz511 or 429-POOL.
Public Participation
Public Input: The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) welcomes and encourages public participation in its decision-making process. Members of the public may provide comments in person or via Zoom during each Commission meeting, or submit written comments by email to info@sccrtc.org.
To ensure written comments on items within the RTC's jurisdiction are distributed to Commissioners prior to the meeting, comments on agenda items must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the Wednesday preceding the meeting.
Public speakers participating during the meeting will generally be limited to one minute for oral comments, at the discretion of the Chair. The Zoom participation link is provided at the top of each meeting agenda.
