RFP 2614 On-Call Biological Monitoring and Environmental Consultant Services

The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (SCCRTC) invites qualified consultants to submit a proposal for biological monitoring and environmental consultant services for the Santa Cruz Branch Rail Line Right-of-Way (Branch Line). The Branch Line contains sensitive habitats and/or wildlife. To assist the SCCRTC with advancing priority maintenance and project work, the Consultant shall perform tasks as needed and in accordance with SCCRTC’s Best Management Practices (BMPs).

Proposals are due to SCCRTC by 4:00 PM PDT on August 13th, 2026. Any proposals received after the date and time specified above will not be considered. RFP Responses shall be considered firm offers to enter into a contract, as described in this RFP for a period of ninety (90) days from the time of submittal. Please review the full RFP here.
