Request for proposal: Information Technology Consulting Services

The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) consulting firm to provide reliable, responsive, and professional IT support services for the RTC’s day-to-day technology operations.

The selected consultant will provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, consultation, security assistance, project support, and coordination with third-party technology vendors. RTC operates in a public-sector environment and relies on technology to support its administrative operations, Commission meetings, remote and hybrid work, public communications, records management, and other business functions. The RTC anticipates that the majority of services will consist of day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting, with additional specialized services provided as needed. The Consultant shall provide services remotely, onsite, or through a combination of both, depending on the nature of the request and the RTC’s needs.
