RFP 2205: Planning for Climate Resilience of the Zero Emission Passenger Rail and Trail Corridor (ZEPRT)

The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) invites qualified consultants to submit an A&E procurement proposal for professional planning and environmental services to complete a Plan for Climate Resilience of the Zero Emission Passenger Rail and Trail Corridor (ZEPRT). The project aims to identify short, medium, and long-term actions for enhancing resilience to climate stressors at critical locations along the potential ZEPRT. It encompasses stakeholder and public outreach, assessment of existing conditions and climate hazards, and the formulation of alternative project concepts.

e. Cost Proposal Form 4. Contractors subject to Prevailing Wage Requirements
