RFP 2188: Rural Highways Safety Plan (RHSP)

The RTC invites interested parties to submit a proposal to complete the Santa Cruz County Rural Highways Safety Plan (RHSP).
This federal and state funded planning effort will create a planning document which will qualify as both a Local Roadway Safety Plan (LRSP) and a Safe Streets For All (SS4A) Action Plan. The RHSP will encompass all conventional 2-lane state highways outside of city limits within Santa Cruz County, specifically Highway 1 north of City of Santa Cruz, Highways 9, 35, 236, and Highways 129 and 152 outside of City of Watsonville.
Proposals are due on February 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
