RFP: 2605 Construction Management Services for Coastal Rail Trail Segment 12

The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) invites qualified and experienced consultants to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Rail Trail Segment 12 in Aptos, CA.
On February 25, 2026, the RTC issued Addendum No. 1 for this project, updating the Proposed Procurement Schedule for the RFP. The date for Proposals Due and the (Optional) Interview Short Listed Consultants has been changed to Monday, March 30, 2026 at 2:00PM and Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
A pre-proposal meeting was held via Zoom on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM. The pre-proposal meeting attendee list is available at this link.
On March 4, 2026, the RTC issued Addendum No. 2 for this project, providing a working hyperlink and replacing pages A-1 through Attachment A-35.
On March 10, 2026, the RTC provided responses to initial questions submitted by potential proposers. On March 19, 2026, RTC provided an updated document with responses to additional question submitted by potential proposers. Per the RFP, the deadline for submitting additional questions, requests for clarifications or exceptions to RFP requirements was 12:00 PM on Friday, March 13, 2026.
