RFP2611: Marketing Services for GO Santa Cruz County

The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (SCCRTC) invites qualified consultants to submit a proposal to support the GO Santa Cruz County transportation demand management (TDM) program through strategy, messaging, and branding, development of outreach materials, social media management, community and media relations, speaking opportunities, strategic counsel, and digital marketing. These services will increase awareness of the overall TDM program, generate interest in program elements, and drive participation of countywide residents, employers, and employees using the GO Santa Cruz County platform. 

Proposals are due in SCCRTC office by 12:00 PM PDT on April 20, 2026. Any proposals received after the date and time specified above will not be considered. RFP Responses shall be considered firm offers to enter into a contract, as described in this RFP for a period of ninety (90) days from the time of submittal.
