RFP 2210: Organizational Development Services

The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) requests proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to perform organizational development services. Consultant services will include the following:

• Identifying a shared language
• Identifying human capital needs
• Developing training programs
• Identifying information needs and initiating planned communications
• Embedding mission & values in organizational resource allocation & planning for the RTC

Proposals are due on Friday, December 6, 2024 by 12:00 PM PST

A voluntary pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 9:00AM via Zoom
