RFP 2213: Financial Advisory Services

The RTC invites interested and qualified Financial Advisors to submit written proposals to provide comprehensive advisory and debt management support for high priority initiatives. In addition to the broader advisory scope, the selected advisor(s) will assist with anticipated transactions, providing expert guidance on a wide range of financial strategies to meet the Commission’s evolving needs.

Proposals are due on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. PST.
