Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2619 for On-Call Project Management Services

The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professional consultants for On-Call Project Management Services for Measure D and other capital improvement projects in Santa Cruz County. This on-call contract may be funded by local, State, and/or federal funds and must be in accordance with the proposed scope of services. This on-call contract may be utilized for a number of projects with task orders issued on an as-needed basis for the contract term.
